Thank you for shopping with Blue Flag Collectables. We're based in Australia and ship domestically via Australia Post.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options based on order weight:
- Standard – $12.99 AUD (up to 1 kg)
- Economy – $14.99 AUD (1 kg – 2.5 kg)
- Heavy Shipment – $26.99 AUD (2.5 kg – 100 kg)
Carrier-calculated rates via Australia Post MyPost Business may also be available at checkout for eligible orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or for pre-order items.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Standard Australia Post delivery estimates apply once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
In-Store Pickup
Local pickup may be available. Please contacts us to arrange pick up in Gladstone QLD 4680
International Shipping
We are currently exploring international shipping options. Please contact us for enquiries regarding orders outside Australia.

Backorders and Unconfirmed Allocations
Products marked as "Backorder" are not currently held in stock by us and remain subject to supplier availability and final allocation.
Placing a backorder reserves your position for any stock that becomes available, but it does not guarantee that your order will be fulfilled. Any estimated availability or dispatch date is provided as a guide only and may change.
We will contact you when your stock allocation has been confirmed or if there is a significant delay. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
You may also contact us to request cancellation and a full refund at any time before your allocation is confirmed and the order is dispatched.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
